I understand his fears both short term and long term. But PETROAN need to come together and set up a refinery. That is the only solution to this for long term. I would have said partner with Dangote to lift fuel from his refinery but CNG tankers are cheaper per KM. This will definitely chase them out of market but it will be directly beneficial to the Citizens, Petrol station and Depot owners. But most tankers currently owned by them will practically become useless for petrol transport. I expect used-tanker sales to increase in Nigeria in the coming months.
